You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange. After 10 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

Please note that hair accessories (including but not limited to headbands, hair clips, hair ties, and scrunchies) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons. We kindly ask you to double-check your selections before purchase.

All returns must be scanned by mail carrier within 10 days. Returns will not be accepted without tags, stains, oder, damages, or markings. All return labels are purchased by the customers.
